Looking to take your running to new heights with an effective training plan? We’ve got you covered!
We really love creating training plans for ambitious runners like you! Every runner is unique, so each plan is tailored to the individual. A well-crafted plan can truly elevate your running performance, even if you manage it yourself. We’ll include instructions with the plan, and if you are ever unsure what to do, simply book a consultation with us.
After a thorough analysis of your situation, your training needs, and your goals, we’ll draw up a plan for you. This plan can be an overview plan, a specific training block (endurance, speed, VO2max, skills, etc.) or even a complete race preparation.
We take care of the plan, and you focus on your training. It’s a one-off service with no further obligations for both of us. After that, it’s up to you to make changes as needed.
Tip: Things can change fast, so we suggest you break your race preparation into smaller chunks. A series of shorter plans, each targeting a specific skill or adaptation (that’s called “block periodization”), makes it easy to accommodate changes in your life or fitness level.
Prices vary depending on the type and length of the training period.

Duration of Camps
Camps can range in duration from one 1 day to a full week. Weekend camps typically last between 2 and 4 days, while clinics are usually held for 1 or 2 days.
Focused Lectures
Depending on the duration of a camp, we may also include a lecture on a specific topic. Please feel free to suggest any topics that interest you.
