By booking a Training Consulting session with Top Of The Trail, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
This service consists of a one-time consulting session of approximately 60 minutes. Sessions may be conducted either in person in Bangkok, Thailand, or online.
The purpose of the session is to discuss your current training situation, goals, and potential limiting factors, and to provide education and practical guidance that you can apply to your training.
This consulting session constitutes a one-time advisory service and does not establish an ongoing coaching relationship unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Unless agreed upon separately, the service does not include a written training plan, structured follow-up sessions, or ongoing coaching support.
Any nutrition advice provided during the session is limited to general endurance sports guidance, including topics such as fueling strategies, gut training, and caloric demands for training and racing.
The consultant is not a registered dietitian or medical nutrition professional. This service does not include medical nutrition therapy, clinical dietary prescriptions, or treatment of eating disorders or other medical conditions.
All information provided during the consulting session is educational in nature and intended to support general training and performance decisions.
The information discussed during the session should not be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Athletes with medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns should consult a qualified medical professional before implementing training or nutrition changes.
Location
In-person sessions take place in Bangkok, Thailand, at a location accessible via BTS or MRT lines, as mutually agreed. Online sessions are conducted via video conferencing.
Payment
An advance payment is required to secure and confirm your appointment.
Availability
All sessions are subject to schedule availability and mutual agreement between the athlete and the consultant.
Running and endurance training involve physical stress and inherent risk.
By booking this service, you confirm that you are in sufficient health and physical condition to participate in endurance training and to implement training advice discussed during the session.
Top Of The Trail and its representatives assume no liability for injuries, health issues, or other adverse outcomes that may occur directly or indirectly from applying the information discussed during the consulting session.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
